The Six O'Clock Solution Basic Service
The Six O'Clock Solution menus are designed specifically for great dining...RIGHT NOW. Over the years my experience has shown which meals can be prepared in advance, and yet come out of your oven or microwave just like it was presented at a fine restaurant, in about fifteen minutes.
First, we begin with a no-obligation client assessment. I will come to your home to interview with you and see your kitchen. At that time
we'll discuss your culinary preferences.
Please note: If you require special or extensive food preparations outside the normal
scope of labor involved, or the requirement of additional travel to acquire items not attainable at the supermarket, there will be
additional time/travel charges, depending on what is requested.
A food deposit will be due with your first booking, which guarantees a sheduled cookdate. Balance of remaining food cost and labor is due
on the scheduled cooking date.
(Sorry, no billing or open accounts). I will prepare your meals, package, label, and
refrigerate each entree for you, and leave easy detailed heating instructions. Most dishes can be heated in the microwave, while some
should be heated in the toaster oven or regular oven. Any entrees that have been stored in your freezer should be defrosted overnight in your
refrigerator, to be heated and enjoyed at the peak of their flavor.
