» About Antoinette
A native Philadelphian, Ms Thomas began developing and honing her culinary skills at an early age within her family's motel, restaurant, and bar. This natural gift has been carefully nurtured along classical lines with formal training at Johnson & Wales as well as Penn State's Hotel & Restaurant Management program. Her career developed rapidly during employment at some of Philadelphia's finest hotels and restaurants, including the Marriott, Omni, Hershey, Holiday Inn, and the Four Seasons.

It was at the latter establishment, with its emphasis on fine food and attention to detail, that Ms Thomas' career interest turned to catering....receptions, lunches, and dinner parties. For the ultimate change of pace, she migrated to Martha's Vineyard as a live-in chef for a year with a family in Chilmark. ANTOINETTE'S NOTABLE EDIBLES was launched shortly thereafter.

Since the spring of 2000 a growing number of satisfied Vineyard clients have commended and endorsed the professional services of personal chef Antoinette Thomas. The proprietress of ANTOINETTE'S NOTABLE EDIBLES is making her presence felt on the island's busy social circuit; her client list already boasts an impressive group of satisfied clients. She is now expanding her talents, to the beautiful white sand beaches of Sarasota Florida. For winter months of November through April annually.
